Michelle Love, Founder and CEO, reports to JLMS board of directors. Her primary responsibilities are:

• Implementing policies set by the board of directors
• Developing new business and collaborations
• Interviewing and assigning instructors
• Preparing the program requirements and establishing curriculum
• Networking with foundations, donors and grantors
• Primary contact for school principals and administrator

 Gina Harris, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, reports to JLMS board of directors and CEO. Her primary responsibilities are:

• Implementing policies set by the board of director and CEO
• Oversight of JLMS financial, accounting and payroll processes
• Management of $300,000 annual budget
• Financial statement reporting and tax return preparation
• Researching grants and grant writing
• Proposals and contracts
• Website, marketing and promotional materials

Michelle and Gina share the responsibilities of the day to day administration, communication and coordination between teachers, parents and students.
